The International Symposium on Low Power Electronics and Design (ISLPED) is the premier forum for presentation of innovative research in all aspects of low power electronics and design, ranging from process technologies and analog/digital circuits, simulation and synthesis tools, system-level design and optimization, to system software and applications.

ISLPED 2019 is held at the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) located at the beautiful lake of Geneva in Switzerland. EPFL is reachable with flights to either Geneva or to Zurich with easy direct train connections to Lausanne. In summer, Lausanne area offers great opportunities for hiking, sightseeing, and other recreational activities. For example to the UNESCO World Heritage site of Lavaux is located right besides and is a great destination for hiking with a stunning view on the lake and mountains and for Wine Tasting. Further, the Swiss National Holiday on August 1st with celebrations all around the country is right after the conference and offers a great opportunity to meet Swiss culture and try and enjoy traditional Swiss food.
