Registration Process Overview

 


Registration is required to attend the conference. Registration rates for various membership levels are provided in the table below. Few important considerations for the registration process.

  • • ACM members should use the email address associated with their ACM account for automatic validation.

  • • IEEE members are required to upload proof of membership during the registration process. Please use your ACM membership email for more seamless experiences, if it is available.

  • • Speakers must provide the SoftConf ID during the registration process. Please note that a unique registration is required for each paper.

  • • A dinner banquet is included with all full registrations. Extra banquet tickets can be purchased for any guests you may have.

  • • ISLPED follows the ACM standard cancellation policy. Registration fees are non refundable except in cases of visa denial. If visa is denied, registration fees will be refunded less a $50 processing fee.
