Visa Information

ACM provides visa support letter services to registered attendees, accepted paper authors, and conference committee members travelling to ISLPED 2026. Please review the requirements early — visa processing can take several weeks or longer.

Requesting a visa support letter

Submit your request through the official ACM Visa Support Letters portal. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your letter.

Note that only accepted authors may request a visa support letter prior to registering for the conference. All other attendees must register first.

Information you’ll need

When applying, be ready to provide:

Your name exactly as it appears on your passport
Your current mailing address
The conference name (ISLPED 2026)
Your registration confirmation number
Your paper title, or — for speakers — your presentation title (if applicable)

Apply early

Begin the visa process as soon as your attendance is confirmed. The organizers cannot intervene with consulates or expedite individual applications, so allow ample time before the August 5–7, 2026 symposium dates.
